1.3. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms.

1.4. In the event of any discrepancy between the Hebrew and English versions of these terms, the Hebrew version prevails.

2.1. All prices are listed in Israeli new shekels (ILS) and include VAT.

2.2. Product images are for illustration. Slight differences in colour between the image and the actual product may occur, including due to screen settings.

2.3. Products are sold while stock lasts. Items that are out of stock are marked on the website and cannot be ordered.

2.4. We may update prices and promotions from time to time. Changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

3.1. Payment is processed on the website through Shopify's checkout, using the payment methods shown at checkout.

3.2. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an automatic order receipt. We will then send an order confirmation with the times when your items can be collected.

3.3. We may cancel an order in case of a material error in a product's price or description, or if a product is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In that case, the full amount paid will be refunded.

4.1. We do not currently offer delivery. Products are available for pickup only, from the restaurant at 13 Derech Shlomo, Tel Aviv.

4.2. Orders can be collected at the times given in your order confirmation. Please show your order number and the name the order was placed under.

4.3. Orders not collected within 30 days of confirmation: we will contact you to arrange pickup. If pickup is not arranged within a further 14 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded less the cancellation fee set out in section 5.

5.1. Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010.

5.2. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of collecting the product or of receiving the order confirmation, whichever is later.

5.3. Cancellation notices must be given in writing, by email to studio.gursha@gmail.com or by text or WhatsApp message to 052-9110533, and must include the name the order was placed under and the order number.

5.4. Cancellation before pickup: the amount paid will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

5.5. Cancellation after pickup: the product must be returned to the restaurant, by prior arrangement. The amount paid will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

5.6. Cancellation due to a defect, a mismatch between the product and its description on the website, or our failure to meet our obligations: the full amount will be refunded, with no cancellation fee.

5.7. Refunds are made to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms.
